Zoom (Video) Class
55 minute class using; stability ball, Pilates mini ball, resistance bands and foam roller. Great for destressing and having fun!

Do you want a Pilates experience tailored to you and your needs? Get one on one time working on areas of your body that you need to address. Private sessions provide the most tailored experience for your needs.
What's more fun than doing Pilates? Sharing the experience with a friend! Why not join in on the fun together (and save a little money)? Duets can work together in tandem or at separate paces depending on individual needs.
The assessment, treatment and correction of muscular imbalances in the body through manual muscle testing, release and activation of problematic muscles. Clients will learn tools for self release and homework to correct muscle imbalances.
Body Rolling Therapy
If you deal with muscle pain and tension, trigger point body rolling therapy is for you. It's an extended class where clients can pinpoint the areas of pain and stiffness they need to address and relieve that through rolling. These classes are only held occassionally so please inquire for the next dates.
